Ayana George

Ayana George is a vocal gem cut in the Bronx, New York, polished by love of Jesus Christ.

Although she did not grow up in church Ayana always felt the calling of a higher power on her life. She would soon be introduced to that Power by fellow classmates while a senior in high school when she gave her life to THE LORD. The revelation of Ayana’s ability to sing during her earlier years was inspiring but following her decision to follow Jesus Christ, she realized she had been gifted to glorify His name.

The Bible tells us “A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men” Proverbs 18:16. This scripture has definitely manifested itself in Ayana George’s life. She has been blessed to minister with such gospel “greats” as Shirley Caesar, Yolanda Adams, Karen Clark-Sheard, J. Moss, Donald Lawrence, Kim Burrell, Marvin Sapp, and Vanessa Bell Armstrong to name a few. God has also graced her with the opportunity to record with C.D. Hawkins & Singers, James Hall and Worship & Praise, Hezekiah Walker & LFCC, JJ Hairston & Youthful Praise, Pastor Donnie McClurkin, Judith Christie McAllister, and Kurt Carr. Not only is Ayana worthy of being named among the best but she has also been featured as a background vocalist on BET’s top-rated show Sunday Best.

Gratefully after years of sharing her special gift with an array of artists and across different platforms, Ayana is finally ready to embark on her journey as a solo artist. This spring she signed to WilPen Music, LLC, and her Christmas Single “O Come Emmanuel” peaked at number 42 on the Billboard Gospel Singles Charts. Now with the release of her official first single, “I Appreciate You” Ayana shares her special testimony through a unique melody over a pulsating musical backdrop. This offering is sure to delight listeners and stir the hearts of audiences from all different genres.
Ayana’s worship home is The Lord’s Church (TLC) Family Worship Center under the leadership of Bishop Eric McDaniel. She credits the ministry at TLC to being a “life-saver.” She considers her church “fertile ground” where her spirit is fed and her relationship with God continues to flourish.

Ayana is purpose-driven, realizing that her life is an offering to God and understands worship is not just an action... it’s a lifestyle.
